Ensure that 3D SECURE is activated or still active with your bank.
Also, verify that your phone number and email are up to date with your bank.
If the issue persists, contact your bank.
If you entered your bank details before canceling the transaction, a pending charge may appear on your account. This is a temporary hold to verify sufficient funds before finalizing the order. The amount isn't actually debited but blocked. If you canceled the order before completion, the hold will be released by your bank after a few days.
All orders are final.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. No cancellations or refunds are possible (see General Terms of Sale).
Tickets remain valid if the event date or time is changed.
If you've lost your ticket, visit the Ticketing Issues booth on the event day to have a duplicate issued for a €2 fee per ticket.
You'll need to provide your order number and a valid ID matching the reservation name.
If your ticket has already been scanned at the stadium entrance, no duplicate will be issued.
Gates typically open 1.5 hours before the event starts.
We recommend taking your seat at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
